The following signs indicate that the ABS control unit has failed:
– The brake goes all the way down
– The brake pedal sinks to the bottom stop. This happens more and more frequently and is a rare phenomenon at first.
– Brake oil leaks from the underside of the ABS block.
– The braking power is noticeably reduced.

If you have to press harder on the brake, the braking effect is reduced.
The most common reason for this is that the brake oil flows in the wrong direction. This is the reason why we feel a reduced braking effect and brake fluid leaks. Jammed brakes require immediate intervention, a sign that repairing your Suzuki ABS cube can’t wait.

It is very deceiving that the ABS light does not come on and the diagnostics at the shop cannot read the fault code. However, the best proof that the ABS cube is the culprit is that the ABS problem is solved by overhauling the ECU.

Why is ABS cube repair a very cost-effective solution? Because a new replacement part would cost around 300,000 forints, and the repair can be done for much less. And you still get a warranty.

They also suggest a disassembled part, which is not a good solution either. And why? Because most ABS cubes in Swift models after 2005 are defective as standard, and you don’t want to buy a defective one again, do you?

Another advantage of the repair, besides the low price, is the speed and the warranty. If the repair shop is nearby and worth visiting in person, we can even wait for the part to be replaced over a cup of coffee. If it is difficult to visit in person because of the distance, it is a good idea to order a repaired spare part through the web store, which will be delivered by courier within one or two working days. And our own mechanic will replace it. The best way is to have the defective part delivered in advance and send it back by courier.
